Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on our peptides and research compounds once they have been dispatched, for safety, quality, and regulatory reasons. This applies regardless of whether the item has been opened or not. As these are sensitive research materials, we cannot verify how a product has been stored or handled once it has left our facility, and for this reason all sales are final.

We are also unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders where an incorrect delivery address has been provided at checkout. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order.

Refunds & Replacements

While all sales are final, we stand behind the quality and purity of every item we dispatch. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve your claim quickly, include your order number along with clear photos of the product, the vial and batch/label, and the outer packaging.

Once your claim has been verified, we will arrange a suitable replacement or refund. Unfortunately, claims made outside this 48-hour window, or without the supporting evidence above, cannot be processed.

Storage & Handling

Our peptides and research compounds are supplied strictly as research materials and must be stored and handled correctly to maintain their integrity. On arrival, products should be kept refrigerated (or frozen for long-term storage) and protected from light and heat as indicated for each item.

We are not responsible for any degradation, loss of quality, contamination, or other issues arising from improper storage, handling, reconstitution, or use after delivery. Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for correct storage and handling passes to the customer.
